Our in-house service is limited to items that safely fit within our truck capacity. For larger deliveries or extended distances, we can coordinate quotes with trusted third-party movers upon request.

If you plan to pick up your purchase personally, items must be collected within 2 days of purchase unless otherwise arranged.

   •    Stairs, elevator, or extended interior carry
   •    Oversized or specialty items
   •    Disassembly or reassembly
   •    Wait time over 15 minutes
   •    Second trip billed at full base rate
