SALES POLICY

  • We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods available through our secure checkout.

  • All merchandise is sold as-is and is carefully inspected, photographed, and described as accurately as possible.

  • Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind, adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve it. An item is considered sold only after payment has been successfully completed.

  • Product colors may vary slightly due to differences in computer monitors, mobile devices, and display settings.

  • We encourage customers to carefully review all photographs, measurements, descriptions, and condition details before purchasing. If you have any questions or would like additional photographs or information, please contact us before placing your order. We are happy to help you make an informed purchasing decision.

 

PICKUP & DELIVERY

 

Local Pickup

  • Local pickup is available by appointment only.

  • Items should be picked up within 72 hours of purchase unless other arrangements have been made with Ruby Rosette.

  • Customers are responsible for bringing adequate assistance and an appropriate vehicle to load and transport large or heavy items.

 

Local Delivery

  • Ruby Rosette offers local delivery within approximately 20 miles of our location for an additional fee.

  • Delivery fees vary based on distance, item size, and delivery requirements.

  • Please contact us prior to purchase if you would like a delivery quote.

 

Customer-Arranged Delivery

  • Customers are welcome to arrange their own moving or delivery service.

  • Ruby Rosette will work directly with your selected delivery provider to coordinate pickup.

  • Once an item has been released to a customer-selected delivery company or carrier, responsibility for transportation, handling, and delivery transfers to the customer and their chosen provider.

 

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Due to the unique nature of our curated resale collection, all sales are final.

 

Each item is unique and may be pre-owned, vintage, antique, or otherwise one-of-a-kind. Every item is sold as-is.

 

Ruby Rosette carefully inspects each piece and makes every reasonable effort to provide accurate descriptions, measurements, photographs, and disclosure of any known imperfections or signs of wear.

 

Because customers are purchasing from photographs and descriptions rather than inspecting the item in person, we encourage you to carefully review all listing information before completing your purchase. If additional photographs, measurements, or information are needed, please contact us before purchasing. We are happy to answer your questions.

 

Item Condition

Normal signs of age and use should be expected on pre-owned and vintage merchandise and are considered part of the character of these pieces. Such characteristics are not considered defects unless specifically stated otherwise.

 

If There Is a Problem

If you believe the item you received is materially different from its listing description, please contact Ruby Rosette within 48 hours of receiving the item or taking possession through pickup or delivery.

 

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the concern

  • Clear photographs supporting your claim

 

Each situation will be reviewed individually. If Ruby Rosette determines that an item was materially misrepresented in its listing, we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

 

RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR

Returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will not be accepted for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of decorating style or preference

  • Color variations caused by different monitor or device settings

  • Minor wear, patina, age-related characteristics, or imperfections consistent with the item’s age and listing

  • Failure to review photographs, measurements, or descriptions before purchasing

  • Damage occurring after pickup or after the item has been accepted by the customer or the customer’s selected delivery provider
